Co-Founder & CEO
Michelle is a proven leader with more than a decade of experience as a reporter, communications specialist and digital strategist.

Michelle served as Vice President of Communications and Digital Strategy for Faith in Public Life where she oversaw communications strategy and digital engagement for a wide range of social justice issues, including wealth inequality. Prior to this, she drove rapid response and crisis management campaigns at the N.A.A.C.P. Previously a reporter for the Associated Press, Michelle has chronicled some of the most important political issues of the 21st century.​

Michelle is a proud alum of Howard University and the University of Maryland, College Park.
Christopher Rogers
Chris Rogers is an accomplished business consultant and entrepreneur. Chris has guided Fortune 500 companies and federal clients through major organizational changes. His entrepreneurial endeavors include real estate investing, rental portfolio, an entertainment and marketing website, and online stock investing.
Since 2005 Chris has investment and the stock market. Viewing stock investing as a passive wealth builder and a tool for economically empowering the global majority communities within America.
Chris Rogers is a proud alumnus of the University of Illinois at Chicago and The Chicago School of Professional Psychology.
Jeffrey Chance
Co-Founder & UX/UI Lead
Jeffrey Chance is a procurement administrator, non-profit leader and entrepreneur.
Jeffrey has led federal clients through full acquisition life cycles to procure enterprise solutions. His entrepreneurial endeavors include real estate investing, a rental portfolio, and online stock investing.

Jeffrey views investing as a wealth builder and a tool for empowering communities of color. He is also a proud alumnus of Howard University.
